The deluxe apartments have been fully renovated within the last few years.

The semi deluxe apartments have been either partly renovated or were previously ranked as 'deluxe'.

The standard apartments are more original in their style.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all reservations.

The resort is non-smoking inside all apartments.

Payments can be made by cash, Mastercard or Visa. Guests are advised to acknowledge the terms and conditions of accommodation before completing and signing the Registration Card on arrival. Animals of any type are not permitted within the complex.

Check-in time 2.00 - 4.30pm. Check-out time 10.00am. Reception hours 9.00am - 4.30pm (EST) Monday - Saturday.

RESERVATIONS

The Minimum deposit required is equivalent to two (2) nights accommodation rate which is calculated from the selected tariff rate booked. Advance bookings require a deposit within seven (7) days and will be confirmed once full deposit is received and receipted. Balance of payment due on arrival.

Noosa Shores Resort expressly reserves the right to change rates, booking conditions and unit availability without notice.

TO CANCEL A RESERVATION

Guests are liable for all cancellations fees as charged. It is advisable to take out travel insurance to protect against losses or missed departure flights or unforeseen interferences to travel schedules.

We will happily transfer your booking to an alternative date for no penalty.

Cancellations of reservations will incur charges in accordance with the following table.

HIGH, MID AND LOW SEASONS

More than twenty seven (27) days notice prior to the scheduled arrival date, deposit will be refunded less $45.00 administration fee.

Less than twenty seven (27) days notice prior to the scheduled date, deposit funds will not be refunded.

EARLY DEPARTURES

Noosa Shores Resort will not be liable to give refunds for early departures, therefore the full cost of the accommodation booking will be forfeited.

A change of booking fee is applicable should the scheduled booking be altered within twenty seven (27) days before confirmed arrival date.
