Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is 2.00pm on the day or arrival and 10.00am on the day of departure.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
After hours check in is available by prior arrangement 1-2 days prior to arrival.
We have a night safe located for easy access of keys.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late check can be arranged subject to availability.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit of one nights accommodation is required at time of booking to secure reservation.
Q: What are the reception hours?
Reception hours at 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Saturday.
Q: Can I book local attraction tickets at reception?
Local attractions can be booked via our office.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Complimentary wifi of 2G is provided. Further wifi can be purchased online or via reception.
Q: What facilities do you have?
Apart from having arguably the best pool in Noosa, we are located right on the beautiful Noosa River. All of our apartments enjoy views over the tranquil Noosa Sound.
Q: Is there car parking available?
We offer one car space per apartment. We also have visitor’s parking.
Q: Is all linen provided?
All linen, excluding beach towels, are provided.
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
A mid stay service is provided after stays of 8 nights.
Q: Is the pool heated?
The pool is heated in the cooler months, generally from May onwards to late October, depending on weather patterns. Our pool is in full sunshine all day.
Q: Is there an elevator in the complex?
No, there is no elevator/lift in the complex.
Q: Is smoking permitted on the property?
No, smoking is not permitted on the property.

Q: How close is Hastings Street?
We are located 900m from Hastings Street and Main Beach.
Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Adjacent to the resort are 4 well known restaurants, a convenience store, liquor store, fish and chip/fresh seafood store and a cafe.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?
A bus stop is located 20m from the front of the resort. In addition, the Noosa Ferry stop is conveniently located adjacent to the resort.
Q: What local attractions are in the area?
Apart from our location on the beautiful Noosa River, we have the stunning beauty and calmness of Laguna Bay and Main Beach and the Noosa National Park.
Eumundi Markets, Underwater World, Australia Zoo, the Ginger Factory and the Big Pineapple are also easy driving distance away.
Q: How far away is the beach?
900 metres which is a short 10 minute stroll away.
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
There is a convenient store located next door to the resort. In addition, there are three major supermarkets a short drive away. The Noosa Farmers’ Market is held every Sunday where you can purchase locally grown produce.
